〔摘 要〕 公共图书馆理事教育培训对美国公共图书馆的治理与事业发展必须且重
要，形成了在线课程系统培训、项目制教育培训、会议短期培训、网站专题研讨、实务指南编
制学习等名目繁多的方式，重点开展了角色定位、基本职业要求、会议组织、财务管理、馆长
雇佣、战略规划、考核评估、政策法规等为内容的培训，启发我国在开展公共图书馆现代治
理培训的过程中，应强调重视治理而非管理、强化全面务实的培训内容、着力依托行业协会
优势、充分利用网络平台、加强区域间的沟通与交流。
