〔摘    要〕    本研究旨在考察老年读者个体差异对其电子阅览室利用行为的影响，以此
对未来公共电子阅览室老年读者的个性化服务进行设计和指导。研究使用案例调研，将天
津市和平区图书馆电子阅览室作为研究对象，采用问卷法、访谈法和无干扰观察法对其进行
考察。研究发现，个体差异对于老年读者利用电子阅览室服务有一定影响,计算机互联网
技能、人口学与生活习惯特征的影响相对较大，人格特质与计算机互联网经验的影响不如前
二者显著。
