〔摘 要〕 “治理”为提升公共数字文化服务效能提供新思路。文章梳理国内外公共数字文化服务以及文化治理主题的文献，总结研究视角、研究内容、研究方法等方面的特点，并指出其中的不足。文章认为公共数字文化服务与“治理”融合，在适应外部情境的变化、实现多主体协调、促进社会驱动与公众驱动共同发展、理顺服务的多元驱动模式与激励机制的逻辑关系、应用新的实证分析方法的基础上，才能拓展和深化公共数字文化服务。
