〔摘 要〕 文章通过整合信息系统成功模型、技术接受模型和计划行为理论为基础构 建移动图书馆用户行为意愿理论模型。运用问卷调查法和结构方程建模法实证影响用户行 为意愿的关键因素以及因素之间的作用关系,优化提出的理论模型和假设。由此得出研究 结论:感知有用性和态度对移动图书馆的用户行为意愿产生直接正向影响;信息质量、系统 质量和服务质量对用户感知有用性产生直接正向影响;系统质量和感知有用性对用户态度 产生直接正向影响;信息质量和服务质量对用户态度没有产生显著性影响。该成果有助于
