〔摘 要〕 文章基于“宏观—微观”的视角，借助类型理论与活动理论探究嵌入用户信息素养的信息服务实践。宏观上，利用类型理论搭建研究框架，从 Who（素养角色）、Why（驱动因素）、How（服务模式）、What（服务框架）出发，分析嵌入用户信息素养的信息服务中的四个维度。微观上，基于活动理论解释四个维度后的深层次现象，通过多案例分析提炼出信息素养六大要素对应的信息服务六个基本流程内容，构建了嵌入用户信息素养的信息服务框架。
