〔摘 要〕 美国图书馆志愿者活动丰富多彩，各类志愿项目层出不穷，对其管理的研
究一直是美国图书馆界的重点。伊利诺伊州图书馆知识素养项目历史悠久、成果突出，对其
起源、运作、成效等情况的具体分析有益于理解美国图书馆志愿者项目管理的精髓，对我国
图书馆志愿者的管理工作亦有一定的启发意义。
