厘清图书馆员职业生涯发展研究的理论脉络对于图书馆人力资源管理具有
重要的理论与现实意义。文章采用文献调研法，梳理了国外图书馆员职业生涯发展研究的
理论脉络，并逐渐形成了发展视角、动态视角和叙事视角三种研究范式和理论视角。从发展
视角的研究来看，图书馆员职业生涯主要受到年龄、工龄增长的影响，呈线性阶段特征；从
动态视角的研究来看，图书馆员职业生涯呈现非线性的动态发展变化特征；从叙事视角的研
究来看，图书馆员职业生涯更加注重馆员个体对职业生涯的认识以及其自觉性对职业发展
的影响。
