我国图书馆法人治理结构改革正处于初期探索阶段，在政策与社会各界的
共同推动之下 , 已初具成效，但仍存在着一系列的问题。文章选取具有严谨、成熟的法人治
理结构体系的大英图书馆为对象，通过对其法人治理结构的考察，以此为参照剖析国内图
书馆法人治理改革现状，并得出若干启示，以供我国进行法人治理结构改革的公共图书馆
以参考与借鉴。
