文章从理论基础与实践发展两个维度，构建国内外公共图书馆文旅融合的整体研究框架。在明晰公共图书馆文旅融合要素、动因、价值等基础问题之上，归纳其现有业态模式与典型案例，总结未来深耕路径与破圈服务，并提出未来可从加强国外典型实践宏观及微观研究、深化融合服务多主体跨界协作研究、重视新技术驱动智慧文旅服务研究三个方面推进我国公共图书馆文旅融合的研究。
