〔摘 要〕 文章通过网络调研法对十所美国和英国代表了世界一流水平的高校智库成
果的类型、内容体系和可获得性等三方面进行调查，在此基础上做进一步分析，总结出以下
对我国高校智库建设具有重要借鉴意义的做法：一是重视向公众进行自身研究成果的推广、
宣传和利用；二是积极开发多种易于为决策者和公众群体理解和接受的成果类型；三是高校
图书馆应通过构建机构知识库实现对智库成果的收集、整理、保存和传播。
