〔摘 要〕 研究文化机构信息服务与科研人员的版权素养能力在数字化时代显得尤为重
要。文章在大量文献调研的基础上，综合、对比和分析了保加利亚教育与科学部立项的国家自
然科学基金项目——“图书馆和其它文化机构的版权政策”的研究成果，从版权意识、对版权
框架的熟悉度、版权信息来源、机构版权问题、图书馆和信息科学教育、教育与培训方式等方面
对各国研究成果做了对比与分析，对国内开展相关研究提出了建议。
