〔摘 要〕 在开放存取和数据开放的背景下，数据出版成为推动科学数据存储、开放、共享的重要途径，并且作为近年来相对新兴的议题得到国内外研究者的关注与研究。为更清晰地了解国内外对科学数据出版的研究动态与进展，首先对数据出版概念、作用及数据出版模式等三个基础问题进行综述，并以此为依据判断、识别出目前数据出版研究与实践中的关键问题，对其中的数据标识、数据引用、数据评审等问题进行基本阐释，以期为后续的数据出版研究
