图书馆服务知识获取模式与服务创新绩效的关系研究

〔摘 要〕 为不断满足用户各种新的需求以及适应外部环境变化,图书馆需要采取不同知识获取模式从外部吸收新知识进行服务创新。不同服务知识获取模式会给图书馆带来不同的服务创新绩效,该过程受到图书馆信息处理能力的较大影响。通过文献回顾和分析发现,目前图书馆服务知识获取模式主要有三种:即共同合作模式、服务技术引进模式和外部信息利用模式。以信息处理能力作为调节变量,从变量间理论命题设计出发,通过建立图书馆服务知识获取模式对图书馆服务创新绩效的影响模型,给出相关分析和结论,为促进图书馆服务创新提供有益理论参考。
