〔关键词〕 移动图书馆 用户情景敏感 情景感知 个性化信息服务

针对用户不同需求提供个性化信息服务是越来越多图书馆关注的重点，用
户情景敏感服务则是个性化信息服务未来的重要发展方向。文章结合用户需求、行为习惯
以及技术发展讨论用户情景敏感服务在移动图书馆服务时代的发展机遇，然后依据目前移
动图书馆服务的主要服务形式和服务内容，分析了在资源超载、资源不足、服务迷失等 5 个
主要情景下用户情景敏感服务开展的可行性和策略。
