〔关键词〕 学术虚拟社区 知识贡献行为 外在激励 内在激励 回答质量
文章基于回答特征将学术用户知识贡献行为分为两类(复制型、创作型), 结合自我决定理论和理性行为理论构建了一个知识贡献行为决策模型,分析内外在激励政 策对学术虚拟社区用户知识贡献行为的影响。结果表明:外在激励能够大幅度提升用户复 制型回答的数量,但会减少创作型回答的数量;内在激励能够有效促进创作型回答,提高学 术虚拟社区的回答质量。
