 〔摘   要〕 利用文献调查法和网络调查法，对当前美国和日本两国图书馆标准规范体 系进行调查及梳理。通过具体分析其管理主体、设计流程、内容结构，总结两国在图书馆标 准规范体系建立方面的特点，并结合国外先进经验，提出我国在建设图书馆标准规范体系 的过程中，应注意推动行业协会发挥作用、保证标准规范针对性和加强标准的推广应用。
