 〔摘 要〕 选择美国佛罗里达大学 Samuel Proctor 口述历史项目为研究对象，利用网络 调查法、Email 咨询、文本分析等方法，对其机构组织及人员构成，用户服务及教育职能，研 究项目、协作机构及经费来源等方面进行分析，总结出分离式管理、开发社会资本、重视多 方合作和灵活服务方式四个方面的特点，提出明确实施主体、构建项目团队，确定采集主题、 专家主持为主，鼓励多方协作、加强专业培训，积极宣传推广、吸引公众视野。
