 文章通过文献调研和网络调研等方法，介绍新加坡图书馆老年人数字素养服务的背景，结合新加坡国家图书馆管理局、国家图书馆和公共图书馆的实践，从政策规划和项目开展两方面系统梳理图书馆老年人数字素养服务的内容、特点和有益经验，提出我国公共图书馆 服务和提升老年人数字素养的对策，以期为图书馆参与国家数字素养与技能提升行动提供有益 借鉴。
