面向用户的公共图书馆社会影响机制分析框架研究

〔摘要〕文章在分析社会资本、个人资本概念以及 TAM、TPB 模型的基础上，提出公共图书馆社会影响机制的概念模型，并利用调研数据验证了公共图书馆社会影响机制。研究表明由社会目标、社会环境和社会服务资源所体现的社会资本变量，由信息意识、信息技能体现的个人资本对于图书馆社会价值作用的发挥影响积极而显著。指出社会资本和个人资本对于公共图书馆发挥社会影响的积极作用应该引起足够的重视并加以探讨。
