〔摘 要〕 图书馆与出版商、书商的合作有着悠久的历史，信息环境的变化推动着双方
合作领域与合作关系的新发展。国外图书馆与出版商、书商在文献采访、编目业务外包、阅
读推广、开放获取、知识援助等领域开展了多元化合作，形成了资源互补、互利共赢的合作
伙伴关系，给双方带来了诸多好处。但合作过程仍存在一些障碍，如图书采购合作中的诚
信问题、电子书的价格与获取问题、开放获取出版费用的支付问题等，双方正在通过改变合
作方式、采取技术手段、加强沟通交流、深化合作关系等措施共同解决。
