〔摘 要〕 公共图书馆的社会价值是其通过自身实践活动满足社会进步和发展需要所
做出的贡献及所承担的责任。在充斥着公共图书馆消亡论、危机论的今天，对其社会价值的
分析从未显得如此重要。文章分析了公共图书馆的投入产出模型，以利益相关者视角明晰
了其承担的主要社会责任，介绍了公共图书馆政治参与活动的社会渊源，揭示了其对社会
流动的促进作用，总结其社会贡献以获得更多社会认同，实现跨越式发展。
