〔关键词〕 社交媒体文件 归档 管理政策 社会记忆

〔摘    要〕    社交媒体文件是电子文件在 Web2.0 时代的一种新形式，在国外已经逐渐成
为档案部门新的工作对象。文章以社会记忆理论为基础，从美国、英国、澳大利亚国家档案
馆近年发布的社交媒体文件归档相关政策切入，涉及归档的依据与保障、主体与客体、条件
与范围、内容及组织形式等四个方面的内容，并对上述三个国家社交媒体文件归档政策进行
介绍与分析。
