〔关键词〕 智慧图书馆 社会认知理论 使用行为 影响因素

〔摘 要〕 以社会认知理论中个体认知、环境、行为为智慧图书馆用户使用行为影响因素理论模型的基本框架，结合计划行为理论、网络外部性理论与技术接受模型丰富理论模型内容。根据理论模型提出假设并设计、发放问卷，采用结构方程模型验证假设。结果表明：个体认知维度中的自我效能和结果预期与环境维度中的主观规范和网络外部性均显著影响用户行为意愿，但自我效能对结果预期的影响不显著；行为维度中用户的行为意愿显著影响使用行为。
