数字人文的兴起为图书馆科研支持服务提供了新的机遇，文章通过文献调
研与内容分析相结合的研究方法，得出：资源提供者、内容策展人、学科联络员、课程辅导员、
咨询顾问与研究空间提供者是图书馆支持数字人文研究与实践的 6 大角色；文化冲突、数字
内容保存与知识产权是面临的主要问题；培训几乎不足、馆员的倡议缺乏支持与缺少激励机
制是现实挑战；招聘数字人文馆员、开展嵌入式知识服务与创建馆内数字人文中心是图书馆
的理性选择，并探讨了图书馆在数字人文中的角色所具有的现实意义。
