文章基于网络调研、文献综述和案例研究，探析美国公共图书馆就业支持服务供给的核心路径与主要特征，同时对国内公共图书馆提供就业支持服务的实践提出以下思路：发挥省级公共图书馆的职能，打造就业支持服务综合平台，明确参与主体及其合作模式，建立服务效果反馈机制。
