〔关键词〕 图书馆焦虑 影响因素 差异性分析

通过探索不同用户群体的图书馆焦虑情况，为缓解图书馆焦虑提供可行性
解决视角。文章旨在设计图书馆焦虑量表调研获取有效样本1010 份，借助SPSS 进行数据
分析，使用独立样本t 检验、方差分析、象限分析等方法探讨用户的性别、年级、学科和造访
图书馆的频率在图书馆焦虑各维度的差异性，发现用户造访图书馆的频率、性别、年级、学
科都会影响图书馆焦虑的差异性，其中用户造访图书馆的频率产生的差异是最为显著的。
