〔关键词〕 乡村文化振兴 域外实践 国别经验 政策建议

文化振兴是乡村全面振兴的重要维度和动力源泉。近数十年来，域外多国在乡村文化振兴领域进行了丰富实践，形成了文旅共生、文教共融、艺术乡建、空间营造、数字赋能等多元模式。尽管模式各异，不同国家的乡村文化振兴探索仍有其共性经验，包括注重顶层设计、多元主体协同、彰显“地方”精神、培育文化人才、深化技术驱动等。基于此，我国的乡村文化振兴事业可以结合具体国情和域外经验，着重从坚持政府主导、构建行动者网络、深挖本土资源禀赋、壮大乡村文化人才队伍、推进数字文化建设等方面进行发力。
